Congratulations on accepting the 2006  Master Diver Challenge Program, sponsored by

As a participant in the Master Diver Program you have taken the first step in building your
skills to become a safe, competent and comfortable diver. We are positive your newly acquired
skills will increase your enjoyment of the underwater world ten fold.

As a member of the Phoenix SCUBA Master Diver Program, We pledge the following:

Phoenix SCUBA staff will work with you to develop your continuing education strategy and help plan
your dive adventures.

Phoenix SCUBA instructional Staff to answer questions you may have on courses or techniques.

A Free Equipment Specialty Class to get you started on your Master Diver requirements.

A 2006 calendar of classes, local diving and Phoenix SCUBA trips.

An invitation to Master Diver Events throughout the year.

Become part of the Phoenix SCUBA “Wall of Fame” with your monthly log update.

Achieve Master diver Status by the end of 2006 and gain entry into the $500 grand prize
drawing that can be used at Phoenix SCUBA  for toys or local travel as well as the SSI
drawing for a trip for two to the Cayman Islands and other prizes.

Master diver requirements: Completion of SSI Open Water certification, 4  specialties, Stress and Rescue certification and 50 logged dives. .
An  Advanced Certification from another agency is acceptable ONLY if awarded prior to the start of the challenge. February 15, 2006
Requirements for entry: into the $500 drawing, complete and receive your Master diver rating with Phoenix SCUBA by 12/31/06..
